Please note this walk will only go ahead in dry, calm weather.

Please wear sturdy footwear for all walks and dress appropriately for the weather. We advise wellies for this walk as it will go off path and the ground can be wet and boggy. We advise wearing trousers to reduce tick risk. Moderate fitness is required for all walks (walks usually last at least 2 hours).

Accessibility: this walk will go off paths and include areas of the reserve not usually accessible to the public. Terrain may be rough and uneven under foot and is not suitable for less mobile visitors.
