Please wear sturdy footwear for all walks and dress appropriately for the weather. We advise wearing trousers to reduce tick risk. Moderate fitness is required for all walks (walks usually last at least 2 hours).

Accessibility: this walk may go off paths and include areas of the reserve not usually accessible to the public. Terrain may be rough and uneven under foot and is not suitable for less mobile visitors.
